- Honey Ginger Syrup 20ml
- Lemon Juice 25ml
- Islay Scotch (for float) 10ml

Shake blended Scotch, honey ginger syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and float Islay Scotch on top.
