Blood and Sand is a rare equal-parts Scotch cocktail — blended Scotch, sweet vermouth, orange juice, and Campari shaken together. Citrusy, bitter, and unexpectedly harmonious, it's named after a 1922 bullfighting film. A great introduction to Scotch cocktails.
