Blood and Sand
Ingredients:
- Blended Scotch 25ml
- Sweet Vermouth 25ml
- Orange Juice 25ml
- Campari 25ml
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Godfather
Ingredients:
- Blended Scotch 45ml
- Amaretto 15ml
Instructions:
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
Highball
Ingredients:
- Blended Scotch 50ml
- Ginger Ale 150ml
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice, add Scotch, and top with ginger ale. Stir lightly.
Penicillin
Ingredients:
- Blended Scotch 50ml
- Honey Ginger Syrup 20ml
- Lemon Juice 25ml
- Islay Scotch (for float) 10ml
Instructions:
Shake blended Scotch, honey ginger syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and float Islay Scotch on top.

- Soda Water 150ml
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice, add Scotch, and top with soda water. Stir gently.
Scotch Smash
Ingredients:
- Blended Scotch 50ml
- Fresh Mint Leaves 8-10 leaves
- Lemon Juice 25ml
- Simple Syrup 15ml
Instructions:
Muddle mint leaves with lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker. Add Scotch, fill with ice, and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
Scotch Sour
Ingredients:
- Blended Scotch 50ml
- Lemon Juice 25ml
- Simple Syrup 15ml
- Egg White 1
Instructions:
Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass.
Whiskey Ginger
Ingredients:

- Ginger Ale 150ml
- Lime Wedge 1
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice, add Scotch and ginger ale. Squeeze lime wedge into the drink and stir.
