Don Roberto Plata is a Mexican ultra-premium silver tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos Highlands of Jalisco. Produced at the La Purisima distillery, founded in 1995 by Roberto Orendain Jr., carrying on a family tradition in tequila-making since 1924. Stored in stainless steel tanks after distillation, it is crisp and bright.
