Instructions:

- Lemon Juice 25ml
- Islay Scotch (for float) 10ml
Instructions:
Shake blended Scotch, honey ginger syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and float Islay Scotch on top.

- Simple Syrup 15ml
