Description: Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon is a prestigious Chilean red wine from the renowned Colchagua Valley. It offers aromas of blackcurrants, cherries, and cedarwood. The palate is rich and velvety, with flavors of ripe fruits, dark chocolate, and a hint of tobacco. It has smooth tannins and a long, elegant finish, making it an excellent choice for pairing with grilled meats or aged cheeses.

- cloves 5
- star_anise 1
- honey 50g
- water 100ml
Instructions:
In a pot, combine red wine, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, honey, and water. Heat gently, but do not boil. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve warm.
Red Velvet
Ingredients:

- vodka 30ml
- cranberry_juice 30ml
- lime_juice 15ml
- ice to taste
Instructions:
In a shaker filled with ice, combine red wine, vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Shake well and strain into a glass.
