- lemon_juice 15ml
- simple_syrup 15ml
- egg_white 1
- soda_water 60ml
- ice to taste
Instructions
In a shaker, combine red wine, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a glass and top with soda water.
