Manhattan
Ingredients:
- Whisky 50ml
- Sweet Vermouth 25ml
- Angostura Bitters 2 dashes

- Maraschino Cherry 1
Instructions:
Stir the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- Whisky 50ml
- Sugar Cube 1
- Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
- Orange Peel 1 twist
- Ice Cubes As needed
Instructions:
Muddle the sugar with bitters and a splash of water. Fill the glass with ice, add whisky, stir, and garnish with orange peel.
Penicillin
Ingredients:
- Blended Whisky 50ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice 25ml
- Honey-Ginger Syrup 15ml
- Smoky Single Malt Whisky 10ml
- Ice Cubes As needed
Instructions:
Shake blended whisky, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup with ice. Strain into a glass and float the smoky whisky on top.
