“The inspiration behind Two Legends comes from two cocktails that have influenced my journey in different ways. The Paloma has always been one of my favourite tequila classics because of its simplicity and refreshing character. Second is during my time at St. Regis, I was inspired by the legacy of the Bloody Mary. I wanted to bring these two classics together not simply by mixing them, but by taking their most recognizable elements and creating something new.”
