I’d like to present my signature cocktail, First Kiss. A first kiss is something almost everyone remembers. It’s a moment filled with excitement, nervousness, sweetness, and a memory that stays with you forever. I wanted to capture those emotions in a single glass. The foundation of my cocktail is blended Scotch whisky. It represents confidence and maturity—the courage to take that first step. Its smooth, warming character is like the lasting memory of that special moment. Next, I add condensed milk, which symbolizes tenderness and comfort. Love is not only about passion; it’s also about care, softness, and trust. This ingredient creates a rich, velvety texture that embraces the whisky. The strawberry syrup is the heart of the drink. Its bright red color represents romance, passion, and the excitement that makes a first kiss unforgettable. It brings a vibrant sweetness that reflects the innocence of new love. Finally, coffee adds depth and complexity. Just like love, it carries a slight bitterness alongside its rich aroma. It represents the butterflies, the nervous anticipation, and the emotions that make the moment real. Its lingering finish reminds us that some memories never fade.
