"THE 12th CANOPY" is a contemporary evolution of the classic "OLD FASHIONED", designed to take modern cocktail explorers on a sensory journey to the nature. The name inspired from 12 year maturation of Dewar's Scotch with the high , leafy layers of a forest canopy. By using Hemp oil as Botanical modifier, the drink with surprising nutty complexity and velvety mouthfeel that challenges traditional expectation. The rich, Smoky sweetness of pure maple syrup seamlessly connects the smooth oak and vanilla notes of DEWAR's 12 to the rustic, earthy depth of the hemp and aromatic bitters. Finished with the pine aromatics. The "12th CANOPY" offers a deeply grounding, approachable, yet highly innovative drinking experience.
