Mumbai is a city that never stands still. Every day, millions of people move through its streets, local trains, flower markets, cafés, and coastline. Yet despite the constant motion, there’s a rhythm that connects it all. Rather than using obvious Indian spices, I wanted to capture the atmosphere of Mumbai—the aroma of citrus markets in the morning, the freshness carried by the Arabian Sea, delicate floral notes from street flower vendors, and the earthy calm that arrives with the first monsoon rain. Bombay Signal is a tribute to that rhythm.
Single-origin Picardie wheat and Gensac spring water, crafted by a Maître de Chai for a clean, rounded pour.
