That inspiration became the foundation of my signature cocktail, The Velvet Ritual. The warmth of Patrón Reposado, the rich aroma of coffee, the nutty sweetness of Amaretto and jaggery, and the smooth indulgence of vanilla gelato come together to create a cocktail that beautifully blurs the line between dessert and digestif. Comforting. Elegant. Memorable. This is The Velvet Ritual—my interpretation of the perfect ending to every great meal.
