Description: The Kohinoor Indian Rum is crafted through small-batch distillation, using only fresh cane juice during the North Indian Winter season. It is then matured in American Oak Barrels previously used for maturing our Indian Single Malt, and further aged in Cognac XO and Vermouth casks for an extended period in Indian climatic conditions.
Tasting Notes: Rich Indian Rum blended harmoniously to perfection that evokes a symphony of enticing sweet, fruity, and native spice notes alongside classic dried fruits notes, rich nuts & woody aromas.
Sweet and spicy provide a warmth that does not burn, but rather creates a pleasant sensation that refresh & reinforce the aroma & taste in the palate. The complexity comes from the 3 different style casks used for maturation i.e., American Bourbon, Cognac XO Cask & Vermouth Casks.
