Inspiration behind my cocktail is a bael because it's more than a fruit in India-it's a symbol of devotion. For generations, it has been offered in temples as a sign of purity and respect. My goal was to take that familiar cultural ingredient and reinterpret it through modern mixology, creating a drink that honors its heritage while presenting it in a contemporary way."
