Description
Neoli is the world's first White Pure Single Himalayan Agricole-Style Rum by Himmaleh Spirits, crafted from fresh sugarcane juice in Kumaon at 6,000 feet. Unlike traditional molasses-based rums, it is distilled in a Double Retort Pot Still -- a first in India -- preserving the natural sweetness and bold minerality of Himalayan sugarcane. Bottled at 49% ABV.
