Mesma is a rare limited-edition barrel-aged rum from Stilldistilling Spirits (the makers of Maka Zai), aged five years in former bourbon barrels. Only 600 bottles were produced, exclusively for Goa, and sold out in under two weeks. Founded by Kasturi Banerjee, Mesma represents the pinnacle of India's emerging craft rum renaissance.
