The inspiration behind Rozolina came from Patrón Reposado itself. I wanted to create a cocktail that celebrates the elegance of agave rather than hiding it. Instead of building a heavy, spirit-forward drink, I chose bright tropical fruits that naturally complement Patrón's notes of cooked agave, vanilla, oak, and citrus. Clarification was used to refine the texture and let the spirit shine, while carbonation adds freshness and enhances the aromas. Rozolina is inspired by the belief that great craftsmanship deserves to be highlighted, not masked.
