Dona Celia Tequila

Classic Margarita

The Classic Margarita is the definitive tequila cocktail — sharp lime, smooth Cointreau, and a salt-rimmed glass. Bright, citrusy, and perfectly balanced, it's the go-to drink for tequila lovers everywhere. Shake hard, strain cold, and enjoy.

Cucumber Tequila Cooler

The Cucumber Tequila Cooler muddled cucumber with tequila, lime, and soda for a garden-fresh, cooling cocktail. Light, crisp, and herbaceous — it's the perfect summer tequila drink. Great for outdoor parties and long, lazy afternoons.

Paloma

The Paloma is Mexico's most popular tequila cocktail — grapefruit juice, lime, and soda water over tequila, finished with a salt rim. Refreshing, tart, and lighter than a Margarita. Perfect for a hot afternoon or as a crowd-pleasing party pour.

Spicy Paloma

The Spicy Paloma adds muddled jalapeño to tequila, grapefruit juice, and soda for a cocktail with a slow, satisfying heat. Tangy, fizzy, and boldly spiced — for those who like their drinks with an edge. Adjust chilli to taste.

Tamarind Margarita

The Tamarind Margarita is a uniquely tangy tequila cocktail — tamarind paste, lime, and simple syrup give it a deep, fruity sourness unlike any classic Margarita. Rich, complex, and unmistakably Indian in flavour. A real crowd-stopper.

Tequila Collins

The Tequila Collins is a long, refreshing tequila cocktail — lemon juice and simple syrup shaken with tequila, topped with soda. Light, citrusy, and easy to drink. Ideal for warm evenings or as a session cocktail at any gathering.

Tequila Mojito

The Tequila Mojito puts a bold Mexican twist on the Cuban classic. Fresh mint, lime, and soda water meet tequila for a herbaceous, citrusy highball that's endlessly refreshing. Muddle well and serve tall over ice.

Tequila Old Fashioned

The Tequila Old Fashioned swaps bourbon for tequila in this stirred classic, with agave syrup and bitters adding depth to the spirit's natural smokiness. Smooth, spirit-forward, and complex. A must-try for tequila enthusiasts who love whisky cocktails.

Tequila Sour

The Tequila Sour balances tequila's earthy warmth with sharp lemon juice and a silky egg-white foam. Tangy, smooth, and beautifully layered — it's a sophisticated alternative to the Margarita. Dry shake first for the best foam.

Tequila Sunrise

Tequila Sunrise layers tequila and orange juice with a slow pour of grenadine, creating a stunning colour gradient in the glass. Sweet, fruity, and visually striking — it's as good to look at as it is to drink. A brunch essential.
