Hi, I'm Aniket, and this is SESAMO—my modern interpretation of the classic Margarita. To me, a Margarita isn't defined by lime or orange liqueur. It's defined by balance—between agave, acidity, sweetness, and refreshment. I wanted to keep that idea, but express it with ingredients that tell a different story. I chose Patrón Reposado because its cooked agave character, with soft vanilla and gentle oak notes, creates a beautiful base. Clarified coconut water brings a light, clean freshness, while roasted white sesame cordial adds a rich, nutty depth that complements the tequila instead of overpowering it. A touch of malic acid replaces the brightness of citrus, and saline ties everything together, making every flavour more expressive. The garnish of sesame oil with black and white sesame seeds introduces the aroma before the first sip. SESAMO is my way of showing that you can respect the soul of a classic Margarita while creating something completely new through balance, simplicity, and flavour.
