Two ingredients, both French. Soft winter wheat grown in Picardie, milled and distilled a few kilometres from the field. Water from a single natural spring at Gensac-la-Pallue in Cognac, filtered for centuries through Champagne limestone. Nothing is added afterwards — no sugar, no glycerol, no flavouring to hide behind.

François Thibault came from Cognac, not vodka. He built the liquid to be tasted rather than survived — and still signs off every batch.

Martini
The Martini is the icon of the cocktail world, and the vodka Martini is our birthright. It is not really a cocktail — it is an occasion, ordered on purpose. Four of them, from the traditional to the two-sip. Tap one.
Vodka, vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir deliberately — thirty turns, no more — and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Express a lemon twist over the surface and drop it in. Our signature garnish; grapefruit, olives or onions if you insist.
