01 · The Idea

Vive!

A rallying cry to step up to naturally tasteful moments of delight — the ones that touch heart, mind and soul by connecting you to the best of the human and the natural world. Not the loudest table in the room. The one you actually remember.

02 · The Liquid

Taste French
Excellence

Two ingredients, both French. Soft winter wheat grown in Picardie, milled and distilled a few kilometres from the field. Water from a single natural spring at Gensac-la-Pallue in Cognac, filtered for centuries through Champagne limestone. Nothing is added afterwards — no sugar, no glycerol, no flavouring to hide behind.

01
One field, one mill

Soft winter wheat from Picardie, milled on site and distilled in a single continuous column. The grain never travels far enough to lose its character.

02
One spring, untouched

Water drawn at Gensac-la-Pallue and used as it comes out of the ground — naturally filtered through Champagne limestone, never demineralised.

03
One maître de chai

François Thibault came from Cognac, not vodka. He built the liquid to be tasted rather than survived — and still signs off every batch.

03 · The Serve

Vive le
Martini

The Martini is the icon of the cocktail world, and the vodka Martini is our birthright. It is not really a cocktail — it is an occasion, ordered on purpose. Four of them, from the traditional to the two-sip. Tap one.

Method

Vodka, vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir deliberately — thirty turns, no more — and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Express a lemon twist over the surface and drop it in. Our signature garnish; grapefruit, olives or onions if you insist.

Nobody orders a Martini
by accident. That is the point.

04 · The Occasion

Vive
Day!

Vodka has always owned the night. The day is the better story: shade, water, long lunches and a table that slowly builds tempo towards sunset. Effortless indulgence, no crescendo required.

12 PM
Brunch, unhurried

The first fizz of the day, poured tall over a lot of ice, next to something salty.

2 PM
Poolside

Shade, water and a pre-batched magnum so nobody has to leave the seat they have chosen.

5 PM
The long lunch

Plates keep arriving, glasses keep getting refreshed, and the table forgets what time it is.

8 PM
Sundowner

The tempo lifts on its own. This is where the day quietly hands over to the Martini.

The day serve
Le Grand Fizz

50 ml Grey Goose, 25 ml St-Germain, a squeeze of lime, topped with soda over a full glass of ice. Two lime wheels. Built in the glass, so a table of six takes ninety seconds.
