Description: The Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Years is a classic Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from The Balvenie Distillery. It's aged initially in traditional oak casks before being transferred to sherry casks, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile with notes of honey, dried fruits, and spices.
Tasting Notes: On the palate, one encounters flavors of honey, vanilla, and dried fruits like raisins and apricots, followed by hints of cinnamon and ginger spice. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness and a touch of oak.
