Ingredients

  • Single Malt Scotch 50ml
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 30ml
  • Sugar Syrup 15ml
  • Egg White 1

Instructions

Shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify egg white. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
