Ingredients
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice 30ml
- Sugar Syrup 15ml
- Egg White 1
Instructions
- 1Shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify egg white.
- 2Then add ice and shake again.
- 3Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
