Ingredients
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice 20ml
- Honey Syrup 15ml
- Laphroaig (or similar peaty Scotch) 10ml
Instructions
Shake the first three ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass over ice. Float the peaty Scotch on top.
