Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco is made from 100% Glera grapes from Treviso, the heart of Prosecco country. The Moretti Polegato family has grown grapes since the 1920s at a historic Palladian villa dating to 1622. The winery uses an innovative technique of storing unfermented juice at low temperatures for on-demand production.
