The Family We Choose – Hospitality People often say family is the one you’re born into. But in hospitality, we discover another family—the one we choose. Every day, thousands of us leave our homes and come together from different cities, different states, different cultures, We work 12 to 14 hours a day, standing on our feet, handling pressure, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. There are moments of stress, disagreements, and chaos. But when the next shift begins, we stand together again. We help each other, share our struggles, celebrate our victories, and move forward as one. Because in hospitality, there is no “I.” There is only “We.” Just like this cocktail, every ingredient has its own purpose. The smoothness of Bacardi, the sweetness of fresh pineapple, the brightness of citrus, the bold kick of jalapeño honey shrub, and the finishing touch of our in-house Magic Masala—none of them can create the perfect drink alone. Together, they create harmony. The same is true for our industry. every single person is valuable. Every role matters. Every individual completes the experience. This cocktail is my tribute to the people who make hospitality more than a profession.
