Competing for Future Icon 2026

Inspired by the iconic Piña Colada of Puerto Rico, First Rain reimagines the classic through the lens of my childhood in Madhya Pradesh. The arrival of the monsoon and the sowing of sesame (Til) symbolised a fresh beginning each year. Toasted sesame, coconut cordial, and pineapple oleo soda transform the familiar flavours of a Piña Colada into a lighter, sparkling cocktail that celebrates both my roots and the timeless spirit of rum.
