Christmas Edition series from the award-winning Paul John Indian Single Malts! Brought to you from the tropical shores of Goa along the west coast of India, this exquisite unpeated deep gold hued malt is matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in cream casks. Enjoy delicate aromas of orange blossom honey, ripe peaches with a hint of cortado and spiced nuts whilst on the palate are delightful flavours of apple and stone fruits laced with a crunchy butterscotch highlighted with dark caramel and a light cinnamon. The long, creamy satisfying finish delivers a sweet oak enriched with dried red fruit, almonds and hazelnut, ensuring your Christmas is merry and memorable!
Tasting Notes: Colour - Deep Gold.
Nose - Delicate aromas of orange blossom honey and ripe peaches with a hint of cortado with spiced nuts. Taste - Delightful flavours of apple and stone fruits with a crunchy butterscotch highlighted with dark caramel and a light cinnamon on the palate. Finish - Long, creamy and satisfying with a sweet oak enriched with dried red fruits, almonds and hazelnut.

Blood and Sand
Ingredients:
- Single Malt Scotch 25ml
- Sweet Vermouth 25ml
- Fresh Orange Juice 25ml
- Campari 25ml
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Godfather
Ingredients:
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Amaretto 25ml
Instructions:
Pour the ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Stir gently and serve.
Highland Sour
Ingredients:
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice 30ml
- Sugar Syrup 15ml
- Egg White 1
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify egg white. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Hot Water 200ml
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Fresh Lemon Juice 15ml
- Cinnamon Stick 1
Instructions:
In a mug, combine the hot water, honey, and lemon juice. Stir well. Add the Single Malt Scotch and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Penicillin
Ingredients:
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice 20ml
- Honey Syrup 15ml
- Laphroaig (or similar peaty Scotch) 10ml
Instructions:
Shake the first three ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass over ice. Float the peaty Scotch on top.
Rob Roy
Ingredients:
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Sweet Vermouth 25ml
- Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
Instructions:
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Rusty Nail
Ingredients:
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Drambuie 25ml
Instructions:
Pour the Single Malt and Drambuie into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Scotch and Soda
Ingredients:
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Soda Water to top
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice, add Single Malt Scotch, and top with soda water. Stir gently.
Scotch Mojito
Ingredients:
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Fresh Lime Juice 30ml
- Simple Syrup 20ml
- Fresh Mint Leaves 10 leaves
- Soda Water to top
Instructions:
Muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup in a glass. Add ice, pour Scotch, and top with soda water. Stir gently.
Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
- Single Malt Scotch 50ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice 25ml
- Simple Syrup 15ml
- Angostura Bitters 1 dash
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice or cherry.
