Apricot Brandy Smash
Ingredients:
- Brandy 50ml
- Apricot jam 20ml
- Lemon juice 30ml
- Mint leaves a handful
Instructions:
Muddle mint leaves with apricot jam and lemon juice, add brandy, shake with ice, and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
