Ingredients

  • Brandy (Pisco) 60ml
  • Lemon juice 30ml
  • Simple syrup 15ml
  • Egg white 1

Instructions

Shake all ingredients without ice for 10 seconds, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dash of bitters.
