Description

Fratelli Sette VII 2021 is a limited edition red wine blend, showcasing the pinnacle of the winery's craftsmanship and dedication to quality.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of ripe berries, dried herbs, and oak. Full-bodied with rich flavors of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and tobacco. Smooth tannins and a lingering, luxurious finish.

Cocktail Ideas

Mulled Red Wine

Mulled Red Wine

Mulled Red Wine simmers red wine with orange, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and honey for the ultimate winter warming drink. Spiced, aromatic, and soul-warming — it fills the room with fragrance as it heats. Never boil; a gentle simmer preserves the wine's flavour.

Red Velvet

Red Velvet

Red Velvet combines red wine, vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice shaken over ice for a rich, ruby-red cocktail with real depth. The wine adds body and tannin to what would otherwise be a simple vodka cranberry. Elegant, complex, and easy to love.

Red Wine Fizz

Red Wine Fizz

Red Wine Fizz shakes red wine with lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white for a silky, tangy cocktail topped with soda. The egg white creates a beautiful foam that sits above the deep red wine below. A sophisticated wine cocktail worth the extra effort.

Red Wine Mule

Red Wine Mule

The Red Wine Mule combines red wine with ginger beer and lime juice in a copper mug for a spicy, tangy, and unexpectedly brilliant wine cocktail. The ginger amplifies the wine's dark fruit notes beautifully. Easy to make and endlessly impressive at parties.

Red Wine Negroni

Red Wine Negroni

The Red Wine Negroni replaces gin with red wine for a lower-alcohol, fruit-forward version of the classic bitter aperitif. Red wine, Campari, and sweet vermouth stirred over ice create a drink that's bittersweet, complex, and deeply satisfying before dinner.

Red Wine Sangria

Red Wine Sangria

Red Wine Sangria combines red wine, brandy, and orange juice with sliced citrus and berries in a large pitcher for a fruity, wine-rich punch that improves with time. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving over ice, topped with soda water.

Red Wine Sour

Red Wine Sour

The Red Wine Sour shakes red wine with lemon juice and simple syrup over ice for a tart, fruity wine cocktail that works surprisingly well. The wine's tannins and acidity play beautifully against the lemon — a clever, low-alcohol option for sour cocktail fans.

Red Wine Spritzer

Red Wine Spritzer

Red Wine Spritzer lightens red wine with soda water and a squeeze of lemon for a lower-alcohol, refreshing wine cocktail. Crisp, slightly tannic, and easy to drink — it's perfect for long evenings when you want wine without the heaviness. Simple and reliable.

Red Wine Tonic

Red Wine Tonic

Red Wine Tonic pours red wine over ice and tops with tonic water and a squeeze of lime for a bitter-edged, refreshing wine highball. Slightly tannic and gently fizzy — it's an acquired taste that becomes deeply satisfying. A great alternative to G&T.
