Description: Torbreck Woodcutter's Shiraz is a Barossa Valley red made from hand-harvested, low-yielding vines. Open fermented and basket pressed, it ages on fine lees for 12 months in large format seasoned barrels and foudres. Named to commemorate winemaker David Powell's lumberjack days in the Scottish Highlands.
Tasting Notes: Lifted red cherry, raspberry, blueberry, and wild blackberry aromas - Voluptuous mouthfeel with cardamom, star anise, and Chinese five spice - Soft, caressing tannins with lingering fruit
