Description: Spier Pinotage is a bold and robust red wine that is a signature varietal of South Africa. It is made from Pinotage grapes, a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault, known for its deep color and rich flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, and spice.
Tasting Notes: Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and cherries, with undertones of cocoa and vanilla. Full-bodied and rich flavor with layers of dark fruit, mocha, and baking spices. Velvety texture with soft tannins and a long, smooth finish. Ideal for pairing with grilled meats, hearty stews, or aged cheeses.

Mulled Red Wine
Ingredients:
- red_wine 750ml
- orange 1, sliced

- cloves 5
- star_anise 1
- honey 50g
- water 100ml
Instructions:
In a pot, combine red wine, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, honey, and water. Heat gently, but do not boil. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve warm.
Red Velvet
Ingredients:

Instructions:
