Description: Nisaki is India's first colour-changing gin, crafted in Goa at Adinco Distilleries by Project Peacock. This rice-based London dry style gin is triple-distilled in copper pot stills and blended with 16 organic botanicals, including Macedonian juniper berries and butterfly pea flower. At 42.8% ABV, it changes colour with mixers -- pink with tonic, blue with water, violet with soda.
