Description
Poggio Badiola is a Toscana IGT red wine from Mazzei's Castello di Fonterutoli estate, blending Sangiovese, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Grown at 470-570m altitude in the heart of Chianti Classico, the grapes ferment at 26-28C and macerate for 12-15 days before 10 months aging in American oak. From one of Tuscany's oldest families, since 1435.
