Hello, "future icon" community" my name is sahadeb,I am representing bar sama from Bangalore.Thrill to participate for the first time globally organize by Bacardi grateful. Inspiration:-The two ingredients I’ve chosen are Gondhoraj lime and black pepper. History/ story:-Gondhoraj, native to eastern India, is known as the “King of Fragrance,” bringing a bright, zesty character. Black pepper, meanwhile, has been central to India’s spice history for centuries — and before chillies arrived, it was one of the primary spices in Indian cooking. Flavour profile :-gether, the citrus of Gondhoraj and the warm, peppery notes of black pepper complement the flavours of Dewar’s 12. Finished:-To bring it all together, I combined the two ingredients into a cordial. Then I added Dewar’s 12, and topped it up with soda — keeping it simple, refreshing, and rooted in two distinctly Indian ingredients. Chears/ Future icon/ Bacardi/ Bar sama
