Description: Ujva Pinotage Reserve is a rich, full-bodied red wine with captivating aromas of ripe berries, plums, and spices. Its smooth tannins and balanced acidity create a harmonious flavor profile, showcasing notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and a hint of oak. This wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
Tasting Notes: Rich garnet colour with a youthful ruby rim. Aromas of ripe plum, black cherry and hints of spice mingle with earthy undertones. The palate is full-bodied with plush tannins and a well-structured backbone. Flavours of dark berry fruit dominate, complemented by notes of vanilla, chocolate and clove. A long, lingering finish with a touch of smokiness.
