Description: Desmondji Ayam is India's first craft agave spirit, produced by DesmondJi at India's first craft distillery in Goa. Made from 100% Agave americana sourced from India's Deccan Plateau — which shares latitude and terroir with Mexican agave regions — it won Best International Tequila at the India Wine Awards 2025.
Tasting Notes: Fresh agave, light pepper, and earthy terroir on the nose - clean, complex palate of agave with citrus and herbal notes - dry, warming agave finish with mineral character
