My inspiration comes from the connection between Bacardi's Cuban heritage and the spirit of Tiki culture. Tiki has always fascinated me for its celebration of rum. tropical flavours, creativity and togetherness. Inspired by Bacardi's journey from Cuba to the world. I wanted to create a cocktail that represents movement. discovery and celebration while respecting the roots of rum and Tiki. This inspired the name "Migration" a journey of culture, flavour and identity that continues to evolve without losing its origin.
