I wanted to preserve its soul while giving it a new identity through a modern tiki perspective.Dewar’s 12 became the foundation, complemented by Caribbean falernum, Indian vetiver, and vibrant citrus to create a drink that blends cultures, flavors, and traditions into a single glass. Just as Dewar’s is known for the art of blending, this cocktail brings together different ingredients and influences without losing its connection to the classic. It’s a tribute to tradition while embracing innovation—because the future of iconic cocktails isn’t about replacing classics; it’s about reimagining them
