Description: Cazcar Masala Caju Feni is a spiced cashew feni from the Cazcar Heritage Distillery in Goa (est. 1959), now in its third generation. Condiments and herbs are sauteed, pounded, and added during distillation in the copper bhaan, extracting their properties directly into the feni. Local ripe cashew apple juice is fermented naturally and double-distilled traditionally.
