Description: Cherrapunji Eastern Craft Gin is born in the rainiest
place on earth in northeast India, Meghalaya and our
offering is the east’s only craft gin made with purified
rainwater & native botanicals.
This is a designer gin with citrusforward notes, a
creamily smooth juniper base and a hint of smoke.
Our approach to distilling, bottling and sourcing is
rooted in our values of sustainability.
Tasting Notes: Primary notes of Khasi mandarin, Kaji lemon, Himalayan
juniper
Smoked tea imparts a delicate bitterness and toasted
earthiness, enriching the body
Finish - Long & balanced with citrus brightness, spiced
warmth, and a lingering smoky-earthy echo.
Citrus bursts-Crisp & Lively
Creamy foundation with rich himalayan junipers, smoked
cardamom, green cardamom, and soft cinnamon layer adding
to the smoked tea which gives it a subtle & grounding
earthiness

French 75
Ingredients:
- Gin 30ml
- Lemon juice 15ml
- Simple syrup 10ml
- Champagne 90ml
- Lemon twist 1 piece
Instructions:
Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
- Gin 50ml
- tonic water 150ml
- Lime wedge 1 piece
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in gin and top with tonic water. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Martini
Ingredients:
- Gin 60ml
- Dry vermouth 10ml
- Olive 1 piece
Instructions:
Stir gin and vermouth with ice in a mixing glass, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an olive.
Negroni
Ingredients:
- Gin 30ml
- Campari 30ml
- Sweet vermouth 30ml
- Orange twist 1 piece
Instructions:
Stir gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a glass with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
Negroni Sbagliato
Ingredients:
- Gin 30ml
- Sweet vermouth 30ml
- Prosecco 30ml
- Orange slice 1 piece
Instructions:
Combine gin and sweet vermouth in a glass with ice and top with Prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice.

Ingredients:
- Gin 50ml
- Lemon juice 25ml
- Simple syrup 15ml
- Mint leaves 10 pieces
Instructions:
Muddle mint leaves with lemon juice and simple syrup. Add gin and ice, shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:
