Two classics. One shared DNA. The structure of a Whiskey Sour meets the soul of a Penicillin — Dewar’s 12, sweet lime, honey, ginger and Darjeeling, finished with a silky vegan foam. I didn’t want to recreate the classics. I wanted to see where they could go next. The classics don’t end. They evolve.
