"VEDA" is inspired by the idea that true knowledge comes from balancing tradition with innovation. I wanted to celebrate one of India's most distinctive citrus fruits—Gondhoraj lime—while applying modern bartending techniques. Butter-washing the vodka creates a smooth, velvety texture that softens the bright acidity of the citrus, while orange liqueur, saline, and bitters add depth and harmony. The result is a cocktail that reflects India's rich culinary heritage through a contemporary lens, where every ingredient has a purpose and every sip tells a story of balance, craftsmanship, and flavor.
