The Penicillin is a masterclass in balance, but for Future Icons, I wanted to push its boundaries through a botanical lens. The Highland Botanist bridges the rich, honeyed, and double-aged smoothness of Dewar’s 12 with the earthy, aromatic depth of a house-made Blueberry, Sage & Ginger Cordial. It’s a tribute to classic Scottish roots—bringing together warmth, spicy ginger bite, floral sage, and a bright berry tartness into a modern, vibrant icon.
The world’s most awarded blended Scotch — married a second time in oak for a signature honeyed finish.
