Ingredients

  • Sake 90ml
  • Lemon Juice 30ml
  • Sugar Syrup 15ml
  • Egg White 1
  • Angostura Bitters 1 dash

Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a dash of bitters.
