Ingredients
- Sake 90ml
- Lemon Juice 30ml
- Sugar Syrup 15ml
- Egg White 1
- Angostura Bitters 1 dash
Instructions
Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a dash of bitters.
