Description
The Sake Sour dry-shakes sake with lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white to build a silky foam before shaking with ice. Delicate, tart, and beautifully textured, with sake's subtle flavour complementing the citrus perfectly. Finish with a dash of Angostura bitters.
Ingredients
- Sake 90ml
- Lemon Juice 30ml
- Sugar Syrup 15ml
- Egg White 1
- Angostura Bitters 1 dash
Instructions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white.
- 2Add ice and shake again.
- 3Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a dash of bitters.
