This cocktail is inspired by that balance between nature and progress As a bartender in Bengaluru, I experience the city's energy every day. What inspires me most is how nature continues to thrive alongside innovation. With Garden City Highball, I wanted to capture that feeling in a glass. Dewar's 12 provides a smooth and approachable foundation. Coconut water brings freshness, lemongrass adds brightness, makrut lime leaf contributes a vibrant citrus aroma, and coconut soda creates a lively finish. Every ingredient has a purpose—to reflect the fresh, welcoming, and vibrant character of Bengaluru while allowing the whisky to remain the hero of the cocktail."
