My inspiration comes from the peach tree in Kung Fu Panda. The peach reminds us that good things take time. It represents patience, growth, and believing in the future. I wanted this cocktail to tell a story through time. The past is represented by the classic Rob Roy. It’s a drink with history that has inspired bartenders for generations.
