My Mom and her endless 2 minute maggies that I have been surviving on till date. Whenever we were hungry and mom needed to make something quick and tasty she used to boil a packet of maggi and serve with tomato ketchup. It was part of our school day tiffin box, our college life tiffin box, all our late night studies , our eveing snack and now when we are adult partying and working Mom's favourite 2 minutes - magic has become our 2am friend and a tasty meal. My "2 Minute-Magic" is a tribute to not only my mom but all the mother's and all the endless maggi they have been making for us till date.
